A chilling new storm is exploding around Andrew Windsor — and this time, the allegations surfacing from the latest Epstein document dump are among the most disturbing yet.
Law enforcement sources say detectives are preparing to confront Andrew over explosive claims referenced in a July 2020 FBI report tied to Jeffrey Epstein’s inner circle. The most shocking accusation? That he allegedly witnessed a young girl being subjected to electric shocks during a horrifying incident in the mid-1990s.
The claim reportedly stems from an anonymous tip included in investigative materials connected to Ghislaine Maxwell. According to sources familiar with the contents, the allegation describes a girl restrained on a table while electrical shocks were allegedly administered — with multiple men said to have been present.
The alleged location: Windsor.
It must be stressed that these are allegations referenced in investigative documents and have not been proven in court. Andrew has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing connected to Epstein or Maxwell.
Still, insiders say investigators cannot ignore what is now circulating publicly.
“When material like this surfaces, detectives have to address it,” a source close to the case said. “That doesn’t mean it’s verified — but it will likely be put to him directly.”
Andrew, 66, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of misconduct in public office, according to Thames Valley Police. Officers confirmed they detained a man in his sixties in Norfolk and executed searches at properties in Berkshire and Norfolk as part of the probe. He was later released from custody.
Behind palace walls, tensions are said to be running high.
The renewed scrutiny follows the U.S. Department of Justice’s recent release of additional Epstein-related files at the end of January — documents that have reignited international outrage and renewed pressure on figures previously linked to the disgraced financier.
Legal analysts caution that allegations contained in investigative files are not the same as evidence that can stand up in court.
“The presence of a claim in a report does not make it fact,” one constitutional expert noted. “But investigators are obligated to examine whether there is any evidential basis behind it.”
King Charles issued a carefully worded response after the arrest, declaring: “The law must take its course,” while pledging full cooperation with authorities.
Police have warned the public that the case is now active and urged restraint in reporting to avoid prejudicing proceedings.
But as detectives dig through electronics, documents, and decades-old claims, one thing is clear: nothing connected to the Epstein files is fading quietly — and Andrew Windsor’s legal and public battle may be far from over.
