In a major boost to its military capabilities, Ukraine has officially received U.S.-made F-16 fighter jets from the Netherlands. The announcement was made on Thursday by Ukrainian Defence Minister Rustem Umerov, who confirmed that these advanced aircraft will soon be deployed in combat operations.
Ukrainian Defence Minister shared the news in a Facebook post, Umerov emphasized that the arrival of the F-16s, along with French Mirage jets, marks a significant enhancement of Ukraine’s air power. “These aircraft will soon begin carrying out combat missions, strengthening our defense,” he stated.
