Ingredients
- 4.5 pounds country-style pork ribs
- 2 (12-ounce) cans Dr. Pepper, divided
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Slow Cook the Ribs
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour 1 can of Dr Pepper over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours, until tender.
- Prepare Oven & Rack
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
