A mother and granny both face charges after a kid reported being required to use an electrical canine collar, according to a report.
The authorities examination began on March 17 after the kid appeared at their grade school in Cape May, New Jersey, with marks on their body, according to district attorneys. The marks were from the collar, authorities kept in mind.
Private investigators stated the kid, whose age is not understood, was required to use the canine collar at all times while home, according to ABC 6. The collar was supposedly utilized when the kid made their mom, Kimberly Cruz-Feliciano, 30, disturbed.
