The suspect’s household apparently holds significant organizations in the Islamic Republic, with the source stating he was “extremely well linked.”
According to The Telegraph report, the suspect was among 5 detained over the weekend on suspicion of preparing to perform an impending attack.
The British daily likewise reported on Monday that it was hypothesized that the 5 meant to perform a fear attack in a synagogue or another Jewish website.
Counterterrorism operations
On Saturday, the Metropolitan Cops revealed British Counter Terrorism Cops detained 5 males on suspicion of preparing a terrorist act, 4 of whom were Iranian nationals.
