British couple who retired to Thailand are dealing with jail – after they were assaulted

A British couple who retired to Thailand have actually been informed they deal with jail – after their neighbours assaulted them.

Mary Byrne, 69, and her partner Desmond, 77, state they were associated with an argument over access to a little garden with their neighbours.

In December 2023, a turmoil in the couple’s garden resulted in them being kicked and punched. The event was captured on CCTV and pictures reveal injuries they suffered. Their neighbours at first rejected the charges however later on pleaded guilty.
